On December 15, 2022, Bernard Johnson, Regional Manager of Florida Power & Light Company, presented a check in the amount of $30,000 to Northwest Florida State College Foundation, part of a pledge made by then Gulf Power. With this presentation, FPL has given $150,000 to support the Veteran’s Success Center at NWFSC.
